Some blends of fabrics are used that are a mix of cotton and polyester rather than 100% cotton. These colors are Ash and Heather prism with 99% cotton and 1% polyester. Heather and solid blend colors are 52% cotton, 48% polyester. Athletic heather and black heather are 90% cotton and 10% polyester.
Some key features of these t-shirts are a ribbed knit collar that retains shape well due to its elasticity. The side seams give a flattering shape and provide structure. The shoulder seams are covered with twill tape to stabilize and prevent stretching. A direct-to-film method or DTF is used to perform sleeve prints or neck labels to ensure a crisp detailed design.
